We produce a range of jams and preserves with a truly authentic flavour obtained by being made in small batches in the traditional way - slowly. Using seasonal, local ingredients, no frozen pulp or geling agents, we reach an intense rich flavour rarely experienced these days. Visitors welcome by arrangement.
